[A grey-skinned creature reminiscent of a young teenage human boy flickers into the PCD's video feed. His face is extremely close as he studies the device through cracked sunglasses. He considers the device for several moments before pulling the view back, fiddling with his non-broken horn, and addressing it in slow, slightly annoyed monotone.]

So this appears to be some sort of communication device. Excellent. If that is the case then surely someone can hear me. I ask - nay, demand that someone of at least green blood come to me this instant and explain what is going on. This is hardly a proper greeting. Extremely unprofessional, yes.

[He points a finger into the screen.]

Vantas, if this was part of some deceitful plot, everyone will know your color when I return.

[The boy has begun to sweat profusely. He wipes his brow with a gloved hand and breathes heavily into the PCD for several seconds. Clearly he is not out of shape, but may be hyperventilating. He suddenly pulls the screen very close to his face and speaks through clenched, occasionally missing, teeth.]
